About Helen

I embarked on an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology in my mid 40s, having worked in education teaching PE amongst other things, for over 25 years. I love sport and always have. I love swimming and compete regularly in Masters and Open Water events. I am excited to offer Sport Psychology services in Cambridge and East Anglia, as I truly believe it can make a big difference to performance.


Helen has a Psychology degree from Cardiff University and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology (with distinction) from Staffordshire University. Helen is continuing her professional development by working towards Chartered status with the British Psychological Society and HCPC Registration.   Helen is also a teacher, with over 25 years experience in the classroom and teaching PE.
